1 kg sugar
1 kg semolina (rawa)
2 tablespoon desi ghee or any ghee
1 tsp essence vanila
Grind the coconut in a grinder without using any water. Put the sugar in the grounded matter and stir till all the sugar is dissolved. Then add semolina and stir to make a uniform paste. Put the mixture in a big hollow copper pan and keep on stiring it till the mixture is cooked and leaves the copper pan. Now add ghee and stir it. Apply ghee to china vessel plates and transfer the mixture in the plates and level it using a knife. Allow the mixture to cool and cut into pieces.
