2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 tsp banana essence
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups thick cream
2 separated eggs
60 gms powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped cashew nuts
Mash bananas. Mix lemon juice and milk and add the mashed bananas. Mix well till thoroughly blended.
Beat egg yolks. Beat cream till peaks form.
Beat egg whites. Add sugar and beat until stiff.
Mix the banana mixture with the egg yolks, cream, egg whites, essence and cashewnuts.
Refrigerate until half set. Remove beat again and freeze until firm.
