1 cup moong dal (soak in water for 3-4 hours)
1/2 cup semolina
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
salt to taste
Drain the water from the moong dal.
Take moong dal, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt and a little water in a mixer jar and grind it.
Take the above ground paste in a bowl and add the semolina to it. Then add some water and make a thick paste for dosa.
Take a non-stick tawa and spread the paste like an ordinary dosa. Use some oil if required and cook it both sides.
Serve with chutney or curds.
