1 large onion
1/4 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 cheese cubes (grated)
salt to taste
oil for frying
Chop the onions finely and fry till golden brown.
Add chilly powder, haldi powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt. Add eggs and stir fry till the eggs are done.
Cut the capsicum into halves and remove the seeds. Fill in the halves with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the capsicum on low flame. Remove and serve.
