3 cups wheat flour
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2-3 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup curd
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
Tie wheat flour in a big muslin cloth. Place in a strainer type vessel. Put it in steamer with water inside. Stream for 14 minutes. Remove and sieve again.
Add all the ingredients except oil. Make medium soft dough. Use a chakli presser and pressout circles. Use a small plate to press onto.
Carefully invert chakli into hot oil. Deep fry on low medium flame till golden. Drain and cool. Store in a tight-lidded container.
