½ kg. Beef
1 green chilli
1 tsp. Ginger-garlic paste
3 tsps. Spice powder no.2
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp. Vinegar
A pinch of sugar
2 tbsps. Chopper coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Clean the beef and cut into large pieces.
Boil the meat in 2 cups water add the next 5 ingredients and cook the mixture. (Do not cook under pressure).
Cool and mince the whole mixture. Heat oil, cut 4 onions fine and fry till tender.
Stir on minced ingredients, vinegar, sugar, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Add the liquid that is left in the pan after boiling the meat. Cook till quiet dry.
