500 kg mince,
1/4 kg bacon(raw),
one egg,1/2 tsp.pepper powder,
1/4 tsp chilly powder,
2 pinch salt pitta,
one lemon juice,
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder,
salt to taste and one tbsp butter.
Boil mince first and the bacon (cut the edge of the raw bacon) cool it and put in a blender and grind into fine paste by adding egg, chilly powder, nutmeg, pepper powder, salt pitta, salt to taste.
Remove from the blender and mix it well with one lemon juice, butter the dish and add the ingredients.
Steam the Meat Loaf for about 30/40 minutes and cool it. Serve as side dish or you can have it in your sandwich.
