½ kg beef
½ tsp. Salt
2 tbsps vinegar
¼ tsp. Sugar
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp. Garam Masala
2 tsps. Ginger-garlic paste
1 cup tamarind juice
Cut beef into fine 3 inch slices. Mix the next 3 ingrediens and appkly tot he maet slices and keep aside for a few hours or overnight in the fridge. Flatten each slice with a tenderiser.
Heat oil and fry the slices till the colour changes. Transfer the meat into another pain.
Stir in spice powder and ginger-garlic paste in the oil that is let in the pan, add fried meat and mix thoroughly. Pour the tamarind juice and cook till the meat is tender.
One or to chopped green chillies may be added if desired.
