1 pod garlic
6 onions (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp. Cumminseed powder
½ tsp. Pepper powder
¼ tsp. Tumeric powder
1 red chilli (deseeded)
1 cup tamrind juice
Clean and cut the chicken into 12 pieces and apply salt.
Grind ginger and garlic and garlic. Heat oil, fry onions till tender, add ginger-garlic paste amnd green chillies.
Mix chicken pieces and stir-fry fo r3 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients, one at a time, cover the pan and cook till chicken is tender.
