Prepare Vegetable Masala

Ingredients :

½ kg red chillies
¼ kg coriander
2 inch turmeric
1 dessertspoon pepper
1 dessertspoon jeera
125 gms mustard
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp fenugreek
1 dessertspoon black gram (urad) dal
1 dessertspoon bengal gram (channa) dal
1 dessertspoon green gram (moong) dal
1 dessertspoon tur gram dal
125 gms boiled rice (uncooked)
1 tbsp Sesame oil

Preparation :

Dry all ingredients in the sun, powder and mix.

Store in a clean, dry air-tight container in a cool, dry place.
