There are 2 bungalows of the similar kind each of which consist of two floors. The Ground Floor has a through lounge with a living and dining area, 1 Bedroom and en suite bathroon, 1 laundry Room, 1 Kitchen and a Store Room.
The First floor consist of 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Villa Calangute Phase 3, 4 and 6 are located on Adventure Street. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the roundabout, then 1st left again (this road leads towards the old I95 and art chamber gallery). You will pass Azzure Resort on the left hand side. Villa Calangute Phase 6 is located on the right hand side of the road, opposite a large house which has two lions outside. * We are offering you a Self–Catered Villa, It’s defined as self-contained property offering clean, comfortable, furnished accommodation for visitors who are also provided with the means to prepare and cook their own meals.
* For booking/reservation/cancellation you need to contact the Reservation Dept (9am- 6pm).
* For Check in/Checkout or any issues that may arise at the villa, you must contact/phone the supervisor allocated to you via email or Whatsapp.
* For 3 nights stay linen/towels will not be changed. If you want linen and towels to be changed daily we are happy to offer you this service for an extra cost which you need to confirm when doing the booking with us.
* Check-in any time after 12 pm and Check-out is at 10 am please. Defaulting will result in forfeiting your full security deposit. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and will be chargeable by the management.
* Daily housekeeping service is available between 11 am to 4 pm.
* On arrival, during the registration process the pending holiday balance is payable in cash along with the security deposit. Walkin Guest need to do full payment on arrival. Please note the rooms will only be accessible once the registration + ID proofs are given and payment is completed as per government rules and regulations.
* A security deposit of INR 10,000 cash is taken against breakages, loss, theft and damage etc. and is refunded upon departure as long as the villa is returned in the same condition it was given.
* GST receipts are issued once the full payment is received and when guest have checkout of the villa. This is done only by Accounts Department within 48 hours via email/hard copy. Receipts are not issued at the villas by Supervisors/Managers on duty or during check in process.
* If you break or dirty or damage anything in the villa. You must fix or replace or pay for it.
* Once the booking is confirmed for 'X' number of people, no reduction in the price will be accepted if the number of individuals decreases.
* If an extra individual are found residing in the villa, we shall deduct an extra fee per person from the security deposit for that day. The booking is only for the guests who have paid for the facilities.
* No Smoking inside the villa please.
* Strictly no drugs or illegal substances allowed in or around the villas or any unsolicited business.
* If there is a power cut only a light and a fan will be operational in every rooms, this backup is provided by an invertor. AC will not function.
* The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damages of valuables; kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings in the digital locker provided.
* Any changes to your booking must be sent via email and confirmed by us. Modification by verbal communication will not be accepted.
* You are kindly requested not to play loud music or make loud noise between 7 pm to 7 am as per government rules.
* Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am -8 pm.
