"I booked this place over internet and must say that the Owner is a gentleman and very cooperative. Location is excellent ,near to main road and market, a small pathway leads you to a very beautiful and less crowded sandy clean beach .Taxi and bike rental is available and staff at reception is very supportive.
Apartment is well furnished and well maintained in every sense .Clean rooms, excellent air conditioning, dish tv,fridge,24 hrs hot and cold water ,mini

The staff are wonderful and the resort is very well ran. It is very basic in terms of furnishing but what it lacks in furnishing, it is made up by the ambiance and location. "This was a pleasant surprise on our trip to Goa. We were travelling all over the state and came across different types of accommodation, but this was definitely the one that left us feeling relaxed and recharged. The staff is helpful, everyone around would greet and smile. The location was amazing, you walk through the back yard and exit onto the beach directly. If you don't like lying around on the beach, you can stay inside the resort around one of the two pools they have. Now, these can be sometimes too busy or feel like you never left Britain, but it is a nice alternative. Breakfast was good as well. If you do not like the continental selection you can always order your own selection against small charge. The garden is what got us the most, all the greens, all the flowers, well kept and maintained by the gardeners. It is such a relaxing pleasure just to seat around and enjoy the colours. Once you go out of the resort, there are plenty of restaurants and shops on the main road to keep you busy for a long time. It is also very family friendly place."

"We were an extended family of two children,aged three and five and eight adults. Since we had already zeroed down on Goa for vacation, we had to find an accommodation which could cater to the children and our parents alike. Luckily we found Goa beach homes which had two suites(2 bedroom each) in a superb location. Reservation was quick, with Dominic being very helpful inspite of different time zones.
The suites were as shown in the snaps on the website, and the resort was wonderful with a swimming pool and proximity to beach. The kids loved both the pool and the sea, and while in the resort, they liked the suite with the loft, since they could climb up and down.
Food at the restaurant as well as the beach shack Calamari was great. The reception staff was helpful in arranging rental cars and other information.

All in all, it was a wonderful family vacation. And i think Goa beach homes was a definite plus in making it so. I will recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Goa.

The entire stay was pleasant. For first timers..the resort is just next to the beach (wat more do u want). Starting from breakfast..it has both indian and continental..not elaborate but i was pretty happy with the fresh bread toast. Rooms are well maintained (thanks to Mr. Milan)..Had aC prob but he was very prompt to repair it. Bathroom is gud also (was staying in pool view apt) ..as i said it is well maintained. "I have really enjoyed my stay at Goa Beach Homes with my parents and my nieces. It was my first trip to Goa and i am so happy that i have choose Goa Beach Homes for my stay in Goa. It is right at the beach so you can enjoy beach activities. I tell you compare to other beaches which i saw during my stay i liked Candolim beach a lot. Its very neat and clean and less crowded beach. My parents who are senior citizen enjoyed in this resort a lot. Very friendly staff and very good service. Good breakfast. My nieces enjoyed it a lot. A very good swimming pool with bar is enjoyable. Also there was a live music band during dinner time which was really nice and my parents enjoyed it a lot. I am really looking after to visit it again in my next trip to Goa. For all who are travelling along with family with young kids...must recommended this place."

"Stayed here in Nov'13 with my family.It is part of the Santana beach resort which in itself is quiet well maintained. Cottage owner Dominic is prompt & courteous.
I had booked a terrace cottage for initial days and then double room cottage; but on arrival we found that terrace room was already occupied, which I felt little uncomfortable with initially, but resort owner Verner provided us a sweat room for those days and we were made to feel really welcome & comfortable during our stay.
You can directly go to the beach from the resort which is a good thing if u r with family.
Restaurant serves really good food, there isn't lot of variety for Veg in the menu but offered items tempt you to try it once more.
Rooms are very well maintained and are as shown in the picture which is the most welcome thing because many a times what you expect and what you get is totally different.
Candolim Beach is clean & Good but bit rough compared to Baga, with kids Baga beach feels much safer to play and enjoy the water.
I had a car with me during my full stay so I felt comfortable exploring North Goa from this place because this is central place for north Goa to move around.
Overall my family thoroughly enjoyed the Goa trip & GOA Beach Homes had significant contribution in it.
I strongly recommend this property if you are looking for peace of mind, a place near to beach & good hospitality.

"We went there in the month of July. It was a great place for us wanting to spend some quality time. It is conveniently located with the beach on one side and the main road on the other. Rooms, pool and restaurants are brilliant. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs.
Many shops and restaurants are located nearby. People can get bike rentals in the premises itself, which actually helped us a lot.

One advice for the Management, if they could include a few recreational activities inside the campus, at least during the off-season, it would be great.

Would surely like to visit here in future, and have already recommended it to our friends!

The resort is well maintained and staff is very friendly and co-operative. It lavish green and ultra clean. Both the pools are fairly maintained and the best part is that it is located just on the shore of Candolim Beach and therefore we could enjoy the private beach as and when we wanted with utmost comfort.
The resort is located at a very nice location and market, restaurants, super market and rental bikes are nearly located.

"The Goa Beach Homes offer anything and everything. Starting from their beautiful well cleaned rooms which are a so cleverly designed and located you wont get bored at all in the off season too. We had two Air conditioned rooms one giving us the garden view and the other pool view. Both were great in their own way. The service is delightful. The complimentary breakfast is bound to please ur tastebuds.Both the rooms are very much worth the cost they claim and we are looking forward to stay once again on our next visit to Goa.
