Newly built villa in August 2017, situated just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Calangute, features a self-catered kitchen, a swimming pool and kid’s pool. The villa is comfortably furnished to a high standard, the villa combines modern facilities including air conditioning, whilst retaining plenty of original rustic charm with traditional wooden teak furniture and open plan living.
Each of the 7 bedrooms is furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe and mirror with queen size beds. The living room has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer.The luscious garden surprises and entices you, finally revealing the uniquely shaped Bali style villa which magically appears and sets the scene for something special.
Each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have queen size beds. Each of the 7 bedrooms is furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe and mirror. The living room has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer.

House Keeping is done daily from 11am-4pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals.
kitchen is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove and kettle to name a few.
The living room is a large space having an LCD TV screen with Tata Sky, this area is just a perfect haven to relax. Attached next door is a well equipped kitchen.
Chill out in the intimate Swimming pool, which is 10 meters by 5 meters with 5 meters by 2 meters kid's pool.

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left, you will pass by Royal Kaju House (on the right), then 1st left again, you will pass Akal Shawls on the left-hand side. Continue down the road until you reach Ditosa junction. Stop there and on the left hand side is Villa Calangute Phase 10 followed by Villa Calangute Phase 17, 11 and 12. Villa Calangute Phase 13 and 14 are next door to Villa Calangute Phase 10. Villa Calangute Phase 11 is behind Phase 12.

To provide you with the best service towards your booking you must abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
Check in anytime after 12 pm and check out is strictly before 10 am please. (Defaulting will result in forfeiting your full security deposit. This is to ensure that the next guests are not kept waiting to check in. We do our best to accommodate your request if we do not have a check in on the same day.)
50% of the rental fee is required to confirm the booking within 48 hours and is strictly non-refundable.
On arrival, during the registration process the pending holiday balance is payable in cash along with the security deposit. Please note the rooms will only be accessible once the registration + ID proofs is given and payment is completed.
A security deposit of INR 10,000 cash is taken against breakages, loss, theft and damage etc and is refunded upon departure as long as the villa is returned in the same condition it was given.
On arrival, photocopies of an ID proof must be given to us for all individuals staying at the premises. Acceptable IDs for Indian nationals are (passport, election card, pan card, driving license). Foreign nationals require photocopies of passport, Indian Visa and need to complete C forms, this is a mandatory rule set by the Government of Goa.
Once the booking is confirmed for 'X' number of people, no reduction in the price will be accepted if the number of individuals decreases. We will only confirm a booking based on maximum occupancy.
If an extra individual are found residing in the villa for more than an hour, we shall deduct an extra fee per person from the security deposit for that day. The booking is only for the guests who have paid for the facilities.
If you break or dirty or damage anything in the villa. You must fix or replace or pay for it.
No Smoking inside the villa please. You can smoke outside the villa in the garden area or in the balcony. We need the rooms smelling fresh for our next guest. If found we may ask you to leave the premises and security deposit will be forfeited without discussion.
Any changes to your booking must be sent via email and confirmed by us. Modification by verbal communication will not be accepted.
