At walking distance, there are liquor shops, general stores, bars, famous restaurants such as KFC (350 meters), Pizza Hut (850 meters), and world class eateries both Veg and Non-Veg within a distance of 200-400 meters. Famous shacks, cuisines, beach wear shops are all on the nearby street as you walk from the property towards the beach through Calangute Market. Just 10 minutes away from the popular night club called Club Cubbana
and Saturday Night Market. Moreover, it is just 7 minutes away from the Titto’s Lane at Baga. The property is hardly 1.5 km away from the Calangute beach and 2 kms away from Baga beach.

Other things to note
1. Check in 1 pm to 12 am. Late night check ins cost 300 Rs extra. Check out: 11 am.

2. Security deposit of 3000/Rs will be taken during check in. The amount is refundable during check out.

3. We dont provide WiFi. In Goa there is always network issue so you can expect poor mobile network.

4. Cleaning service is provided from 9 am to 12.30 pm. If you will be available in the apartment you get the room cleaning otherwise the next day. Bedsheet change once in 2 days. Caretaker is available from 9 am to 7 pm.

5. Pets not allowed.

6. You need to submit one photo ID during check in. It will be returned during check out.
