A place of good food and good vibes, with a panoramic view of Aswem beach and the Arabian SA place of good food and good vibes, with a panoramic view of Aswem beach and the Arabian Sea, our location is one of the best spots in the up and coming area of Aswem and Morjim Beach, North Goa. The layout is a casual, laid back space with a main dining area with an open kitchen, a mezanine chill out/ dance floor.

Both partners Shilarna Vazé and Christophe Perrin have a strong base in French cuisine, Shilarna went to Le Cordon Bleu Paris for her Diplome de Cuisine and Christophe being from the French part of Switzerland learned under his father who was a chef all his life. The menu is an eclectic mix of all their favourite food, ranging from Christophe's dad's Steak in Morel sauce to Shilarna's grandmum's famous prawn khichidi and even sushi! With an emphasis on fresh produce, we source organic produce from Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka and even grow our own herbs since Christophe is a trained horticulturist.

The restaurant and bar opens at sunset, as the view at the time is incomparable. Gaia is a sunset hangout spot where people can get pitchers of their favourite cocktails like Sangria and Caiparinha and munch on some tapas to flow into a dinner service. We intend of having some DJ sets and some live music in the chill out area to compliment this setting. Also every Sunday is our GAIA BRUNCH, with a buffet style service with unlimited pitchers of Sangria along with some great music by our many friends from across the world.

Additionally, the area above the restaurant, that is known as "Liquid Sky" isalready quite popular as a party place and there are two parties a week (Mondays and Thursdays) run by the owners themselves with the help of French DJAxailles Solar, DJ Shy-O and DJ Govinda.
