Ismilda Research Consultancy has objectives of developing World Constitutionalism as well as to motivate research on Goa by providing advice and consultancy.
As regards World Constitutionalism we have come with two publications mainly Towards a World Constitution (2003) and Concepts in Law (2004). We are working on yet another publication, which is expected to come out soon titled as World Constitutionalism. This work will consist of around twenty articles from scholars of reputed Academic circles, prominent personalities and reputed people from the civil society from India, U.K., U.S., Australia working in unison to make a world a better place. We are looking for support from each and everyone to make World Constitutionalism - a world wide Peoples¡¦ movement. It is time that the various institutions of higher learning realize the need to recognize, accept and develop World Constitutionalism as part of their curriculum.
With respect to the second objective, we have published around half a dozen books relevant to Goa. We intend to develop it as a Research Center over the years. Our main priority has been legal, historical and cultural research on Goa.. We intend to broaden the area of work.
Here we list some areas for scholars from Goa and abroad to research on:
Legal Research: 1. Family Laws of Goa. 2. Comparative Study on Family Laws of India,. 3. Study of Impact of Continental Law and Common Law Systems as evidenced from Goan Legal History. 4. Study Hindu Law in Goa from Portuguese Records. 5. Dynamics of Transition from Continental to Common Law System as evidenced in Goa. 6. History of Portuguese Legislation in Goa. 7 Present Legislation in Goa( 1961-till date) 8. Pre-Liberation Legal and Judicial Institutions in Goa.9.Post-Libertaion Legal and Judicial Institutions in Goa.
Historical : 1. History of Goa. 2. Charismatic leaders and their contribution to Goa. 3. Pre- Liberation as well as Post Liberation Political Parties of Goa ( Nineteenth century onwards) 4. Goan Politics in during Portuguese Regime. 5. Politics in Goa post 1961.
Literature : Goan Literature in English, Indo ¡VPortuguese literature, Konkani Literature , folk stories etc. .
Myths and Mythologies: Mythological Stories related to Goa such as Parashuram¡¦s Ashvamedha sacrifice at Harmal, Lord Shiva¡¦s association with Goa and Lord Krishna¡¦s sojourn at Dudhsagar and so on.

Research
1. Historical research on World Order Movements from Ancient times to present day.
2. Research in concepts existing within societies, which are outdated and need to be discarded for a future world order.
3. Research into concepts that are necessary in the future to develop a New World order.
4. Research in jurisprudence, which is helpful in developing healthy international relations.
5. To make World Constitutionalism as part of curriculum and research in all Centers of learning
Education
1. Concepts, Values and Principles of World Constitutionalism to be part of school curriculum and to bring abut an attitudinal change in school students by their use in the daily school life.
2. General awareness of Concepts, Values and Principles of World Constitutionalism among communities by other informal methods of education.
