In the presence of Emperor space was reserved for Rajas (Kings of Small States), Ministers & Ambassadors and in the outer platform known as Gullal Bari was reserved for Minor officials and the public where Emeperor heard audiences holding Darbar and other state Functions.

Chefs of Mughal Emperor use exoctic spices Herbs dry fruits combined with Milk and cream to connect rich Mughali Dishes. Mughal times chefs used to cook in Particular style with their delicately flavoured rich smooth sauces include Kormas, Pasandas, wonderfully fragrant Biryanis & Pulaos.

Drawing inspiration from 17th century Indian history, The Nayyar brothers of Delhi endeavour to simulate the flamboyant splendour of the Royal Darbar where the Mughal Emperors held court. Rich and aromatic by way of an artful combination of exotic spices, the fare at this restaurant is reminiscent of the cuisine that evolved under thar held sway over the Indian subcontinent a few centuries ago.
