Prepare Gram Dal Vada

Ingredients :

2 cups Gram Dal
1/4 cups coriander leaves
3/4 cups salt
little curry leaves
4 red chillies
3 green chillies
1 cm ginger
2 onions

Preparation :

Soak gram dal in water for 2 hours. Wash with water and drain off water. Chop onion, green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Grind the dal coarsely with red chillies. Add all the other ingredients- make into vadas, deep fry in oil till golden in colour. Can be served hot or cold.
