All purpose flour or maida
1/2 tsp salt
oil for frying
Add about 4 tbsps of hot oil to maida. Mix well.
Knead the dough by adding water to it.
Make small balls out of it. Take one ball, press it in hand, then roll it over the flat surface in a oval shape.
Then with a knife make 3 slits 1/2 inch apart. By holding two ends twist it and keep aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan, dip prepared leaves one by one. Deep fry in a medium flame. As soon as you take out from the oil, Sprinkle powdered sugar on its surface. It can be stored for a month.
