Prepare Vinegar Chillies

200 gms long green chillies
1 cup vinegar
Salt to taste


Preparation :

Wash and wipe the chillies.

Cut into small slantwise pieces and add vinegar and salt.

Bottle and keep aside for two days.

This pickle lasts for a week.
