Prepare Kadai Paneer

250 gms Cottage Cheese / Paneer
4 tomatoes
4 onions
3 Capsicum
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
A little Orange Color
1 inch piece Ginger
4 Cloves
2 Bay Leaf
1 piece Cinnamon
4 tblsp Ghee
Salt to taste


Preparation :

Cut cottage cheese and capsicum in long pieces.

Grind together tomatoes, onions, ginger and add red chilli powder and the orange color.

Grind cloves and cinnamon to very fine pieces.

Heat ghee in a pan and add bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon. Add the onion, tomato, ginger paste and continue cooking it on medium flame till ghee/oil begins to separate.

Add the paneer and capsicum pieces and cook on low flame. When the capsicum is done take off the fire and serve hot.
