Prepare Kingfish cake
Ingredients :
Kingfish
One small onion
One small tomatoe
One green chillie
Two cloves of garlic
Small piece of ginger
Lime juice fresh coriander leaves one egg salt to taste and bread crumb and oil for frying
Preparation :
Clean fish add little salt and boil till its cooked allow to cool,remove flesh and keep aside chop onions very fine along with tomatoes chilies garlic ginger and coriander leaves
Now mix along with fish form into small balls deep into egg and than roll on breadcrumb in shape of small cakes kepp aside for 30 minutes and than fry.
