Prepare Potato Egg Chops

Potato - 1 Kg
Salt - as desired
Pepper - as desired
coriander leaves - few - finely chopped
Jeera Powder - half teaspoon
eggs - 6 nos. - hard boiled
egg - 1 no.
Rava to coat the chops



Preparation :

Boil the potatoes until cooked well and mash it thoroughly

add salt, pepper, chopped coriander, jeera powder to the mashed potato and keep aside

boil the eggs well and cut into half

take small portion of the mashed potato in your hand and put the egg inside it and cover the egg fully with the potato. do the same for the rest of the egss.(***Ofcourse you can shape the chops as you like)

finally beat one egg nicely and deep each of the chops into it and than deep in the rava and coat it completely and fry.

Delicious Egg chops are ready
