Prepare Potato bhaji

Ingredients :
750g potatoes (peeled and cubed)
4 tbsps. Oil
½ tbsp. Mustard seeds
2 onions (chopped)
5 green chilies (chopped)
2 tbsps. Chopped coriander leaves
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
Preparation :
Heat oil and fry the mustard seeds till they start crackling.
Mix onion and fry till tender, add the rest if the ingredients and stir-fry for 5 minutes or till potatoes are half cooked.
Add salt to taste and very little water. Cook on slow fore till the potatoes are done.
