Palm Crest Holiday Homes are the first of its kind in South Goa and is an ideal location to reside. Its meticulous design takes full advantage of its ideal location near Colva beach. The large living room is fully furnished and consists of a hand carved dining table, coffee table and chairs. Both bedrooms have a double bed and two bedside cabinets. The master bedroom has an attached toilet. The second bedroom has a balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and children’s play area. The bathroom is easily accessible via the living area and the second bedroom. The bathroom consist of a western toilet, a hot (geyser) and cold water shower, wash basin and vanity mirror.

The kitchen has granite worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Although we predict that you won’t spend much time in the kitchen, as there is a poolside bar and restaurant within the complex. In addition, just outside the complex the road is filled with several restaurants and bars which host lots of seasonal Entertainment such as fashion shows and karoke. However, I prefer eating in one of the beach shacks on Colva beach, which offers both western and local cuisine. The dishes are great value for money and are truly delicious.

The apartment is situated within a complex, which entitles you to use the private facilities such as the large swimming pool, kid’s pool and playground. The swimming pool has lots of seating area where you can sun bathe. The complex is situated within landscaped gardens and has a poolside bar and restaurant.

There are several shops located just outside the complex stocked with provisions and not forgetting the memorable hand made souvenirs such as brassware, shell work and crochet. Don’t forget to haggle and get those prices down, Goans love this banter and you will surely walk off with a bargain.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach, which has sun beds and beach shacks. Colva beach is the main tourist beach in the south yet there are still lots of virgin beach for you to explore which remains untouched. The Colva beach line stretches 20km along the Arabian Sea and by following the coastline it is possible to walk to several beaches such as Majorda, Betabatim, Fatorda, Utorda and Arrosim, Cansaulim, Velsao. There are also water sports available as Colva beach such as jet skiing,paragliding and boat rides.

The apartment is just 6 minutes drive from Margoa city which is the main city in south Goa. The apartment is easily accessible to the bus stand; railway stations and 20 minutes drive from Dabolim airport. The apartment is situated on the beach road. There is easy road access to Betabatim, Sernabatim, Benaulim and Cortalim.
