The bathrooms have hot water piped from solar heaters. The first floor also includes an additional large terrace ideally suited for a barbecue or to sun - bathe.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a bathroom (bath cum toilet).

Terms and Condition :
Booking Policy:
Reservation will be confirmed on receipt of 50% of the booking value.
The balance 50% of the booking amount to be paid 24 hrs before arrival.
Check in time 11 AM and check out 12 Noon.
General Terms:
The number of occupants staying at the villa during the duration of the stay shall not exceed the number of occupants stated on confirmation.
Whilst all efforts have been made with regards to guest security and safety, the villa owners are not liable for any losses, damages or injury to guest. Guests are also responsible for taking all-reasonable care of the apartment and its contents.
Guest(s) shall keep the premises and its contents in good order and condition as they were on the date of arrival and shall return the premises and the contents in the same good order and condition on the date of departure.
Smoking is prohibited in the residence on the premises.
Guest need to ensure that all electric appliances such as lights, air-conditioners, fans, geysers washing machine, etc are switched off when not occupied. Kindly also ensure closure of all taps and faucets when not in use.
Extra Features :
The villa is a 5 min car / motorbike drive and / or a 15 minute walk to Benaulium beach. The beach is dotted with beach shacks, restaurants, pubs and discos.
Convenience and grocery stores are located near the villa. Public transport, motorcycle and taxi hires are also available near the villa.
Note: The owners do NOT provide catering facilities (incl breakfast / lunch / dinner). All cleaning facilities are provided at an extra cost.
