San Miguel Holiday Homes (Self Catered Apartments) is located at a quiet, serene Village of Santa Cruz (Calapur), North Goa. The village is dotted with beautiful Portuguese style houses, with a mountainous terrain on its southern and western borders, and fields, salt pans, mangroves on its northern and eastern boarders. The place is frequented by bird viewers and it is just 5 minutes drive from Panjim, the Goa's capital city.
We are housed in a brand new two storey building and nestled within an orchard garden with trees like coconut, jackfruit, mango, bananas sheltering it. There are four attractively fully furnished apartments on offer for a daily or long term rental on first and second floors.
The first floor has two apartments comprising of one bedroom, hall and kitchen. The other two apartments on the second floor comprise of one bedroom and a spacious living cum dining room with built in kitchen.
All the four bedrooms are identical in size, have an attached balcony and bathroom cum toilet. They are beautifully furnished with either one double bed or two twin wooden beds with comfortable branded eight inches thick spring mattresses, has a teak wood cupboard with a private locker.
The hall/lounge area has a 32 inches LCD TV with Tata(sky satellite connection, a convertible wooden sofa cum double bed, coffee table, dinning table with chairs for four, plus attached balcony with chairs for sit out. The kitchen is very elegant with L shaped granite counter, fully fitted wooden cabinets and equipped with key amenities for self cater.
All the apartments are airy with good view. Approximate area of each of the apartments is 500 Sq Ft or 50 Sq M. They are perfect for a couple or a family of four.
The place is owned and managed by a Goan family. We pride ourselves on the quality of the apartments on offer. Our house keeping team cleans the apartments thrice a week. If you are looking for a homely atmosphere then you will experience the same at San Miguel. Our objective is to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.
If you are planning to visit hot tourist spots including beaches, heritage homes, churches, temples, mosques, forts etc in the North and South of Goa, then our midway location will help you to keep the travel cost low as well as save you on travel time.
Goa's iconic beaches in the North and South are just 20 to 45 minutes drive. The nearest beaches are at Bambolim, Odxel (2 km), and Mira Mar, Sridao (4 km).

Long Term Rental: Discounted rates can be negotiated.
