‘Asmara,’ (as capital of Eritrea) meant ‘united we stand’ in the local lingo, after 4 tribes were united by the women to fight the dacoits that raided them. We have incorporated 4 columns as a tribute to those four tribes who paved the way for the beautiful place that Asmara is today.

The residences are designed by a team of young talented professionals, keeping in mind the clients and their need for the best, thus achieving graceful designs and innovative solutions in the projects that we build. Our previous project ‘Crescent Villas’ build in Candolim, North goa and ‘Orchard Villas’ build in Calangute, North goa were sold out before its completion date.

Reira Group's first venture into the concept of stand alone villas within a complex was ‘Crescent villas in Candolim. It consists of 10, 3-bed detached and 2, 4 bed detached villas. It was constructed in the time span of 18 months and was completed in May 2005.

Due to high demand for our 'Crescent villas' design concept, Reira constructed a much larger complex on the outskirts of Calangute, namely ‘‘Orchard Villas . Consisting of 22 villas of varying sizes, they were again sold out months prior to its completion in October 2006
