This residential complex is set in a peninsula with the River Sal and the Arabian Sea bordering it on either side. The beach, which is a short 5 min walk from the villas is dotted with shacks where the local delicacies, along with a host of other cuisines are savoured. The beach also offers a variety of water sports that include para gliding, banana boats, water scooters etc. Also a stone's throw away from the complex are a range of multi cuisine restaurants set in picturesque locations.
TOBIAS VILLAS are comfortable,well furnished,one,two and three bedroom holiday homes. The single bedroom villas sleeps two,double can accomodate four and three bedroom sleeps 6 persons.
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The Living room opens out to a wide spacious patio surrounded by tropical bushes,exotic palms and lush green lawns. Some villas have direct pool views and others are few yards away from the pool.
CASUARINA
These are well furnished and very private, one,two and three bedrooms apartments.
Each bedroom has seperate entrance doors, floor to ceiling sliding french windows opening out to beautiful terrace gardens, and each apartment has individual modular kitchens.
All bedrooms of the villas and apartments are air-conditioned and have comfortable cane furnishings. Cable television is provided in all villas.
Bathrooms are ensuite and have 24 hour hot shower and western style toilets.
The Modular Kitchens are equipped with gas stove, fridge,cutlery and crockery.
Extra facilities such as Power back up systems, washing machines, Microwave are provided in few villas. Electronic safe is availble on request.
Housekeeping will be done 6 days a week and linen changes twice a week.
A total of 35 people can be accomodated at the same time in various villas in the same complex.
The strategic location of these apartments give an unhindered view of the breathtaking sunrise .Every magical day is brought to a close by an unfettered view of the setting sun engulfed by the vivid blue of the Arabian sea.
