Villa Cansaulim

This Villa is only available for long term rental, minimum 6 months.

Welcome to 'Villa Cansaulim' your home away from home. Our holiday home is ideally located the main road in cansaulim and is available for rental on long term basis. The whole villa has been finished to western standards.

Stylish and spotless our rooms are large and airy. Our villa has four bedrooms, kitchen, two living room (a through lounge), separate dining room, three bathrooms, garage and a garden. We also have a spare room which can be used as a study, games room, maid’s quarters or storage area etc. Our villa is fully furnished Three of the bedrooms have a large balcony with seating where you can sit and soak in the breeze. All the bedrooms come with a ceiling fan, AC, a double bed, seating, wardrobe with full length mirror a bedside table.

The pink bedroom has an en-suite bathroom whilst the other bathroom is shared by the green, blue and purple bedrooms. There is also a bathroom downstairs. The three bathrooms benefit from hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC, towel railing and a hot and cold water shower.

The kitchen offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove, oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The living room opens up into a through lounge and has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. The dining room has a table with 8 chairs and a display cabinet.

Our villa is conveniently situated 5 minutes from the cansaulim market where you can stock up on all your goodies, access banks, ATM's, tailors, doctor and denstis, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop across the road with direct buses to Panjim and Margao. Cansaulim beach is close by. The villa is now avaialable for viewings.
