Location:
The apartments are just a 2 minute drive (or a 10 minute jog) from the picturesque Benaulim beach. There are a couple of small shops selling all the grocery necessities within walking distance and two excellent bakeries are only a few hundred meters away. Goa is famous for its food and this area is no exception with a number of beach shacks, Goan restaurants and bars serving all the local delicacies such as Vindaloo, Rechado and Xacuti in addition to wonderful grilled freshly caught fish.
If you want to immerse yourself further into Goan life, the regular local bus service to Margao stops in walking distance of the apartments and costs a total of 6 rupees ( 8 pence) for a ride into town.
As regards Benaulim, situated in South Goa, in addition to its own impressive beach, it has other prominent beaches to both North ( Colva, Majorda, Velsao etc) and South (Cavelossim, Mobor etc).
The village is a 10 minute drive from Margao city, half an hour from the airport and about 45 minutes from the capital Panjim.

Structure : 3 storey, RCC, building with two apartments on each floor and a tiled, sloping roof
Internal : Ceiling fans will be provided in all rooms in each apartment
Concealed three phase fire retardant copper wirings with branded switches will be provided in all apartments
The internal walls will be coated with P.O.P and then painted with oil bond distemper paint and externally finished with exterior wheather shield paint...
Flooring : Premium tiles for all covered areas in the apartment.
Windows : Solid teak, polished, wood frames with glass.
Doors : Main door, the French doors and all the internal doors will be in solid teak wood with wood polish.
Kitchen :. Work surfaces will be of granite with stainless steel sink
Bathrooms : High quality ceramic tiles will coordinate with western-style w.c. and wash basins.
The hot and cold mixer water fittings will be from Jaguar. Hot Water heater will be provided for the bathroom.
Services Support :
The property will be compounded on all four sides with gates at the front providing access to the property
Termite, pest and damp-proof treatment will be done to the plinth of the building.
Each individual apartment will have its own pest control treatment
Externally :There will be a under ground sump and overhead water tank supported with a pressure pump for water supply to the entire six apartment.
Guarantees :
The structure shall be guaranteed for a period of twelve months from the date of completion for any type of structural defects,including functioning of light and water supply.(provided no tampering has been done to the original fittings)
Costs and Payment
The price of the apartment will be paid in installments linked with the progress of the work.
The six apartments will be ready for possession by April 2009.
At the time of final payment and handing over of the possession of the apartment a sale deed shall be executed between the Vendor and the Purchaser. Stamp duty and registration charges (as applicable at that time) on the price of the apartment will have to be borne by the purchaser.
