Nestled in a sleepy Village where women still cook on open fires. Relax and enjoy luxury accomodation with amazing views and beautiful birds. We are only 3Km from the hustle and bustle of Calangute & Candolim.

We are offering a 3 Bedroom luxurious apartment in a private compoundall mod con with complimentary internet access if you bring your laptop with you, complimentary Tata Sky, constant hot water, private sun roof, beautiful gardens, A/C in 2 bedrooms with balconies, laundry service is provided. We can also provide an honest reliable taxi driver who will charge local prices and advice on places of interest.

LOCATION

Sangolda

Sangolda is an Old Goan village and is covered with lush green fields and hills. Situated in North Goa District, the place is famous for coconut groves and well preserved old Portuguese villas.

It is surrounded by the villages of Porvorim, Parra, Guirim, Saligao, Pilerne, Candolim, Calangute and Nagoa and is in Bardez Taluka of Goa. It is 10 km from Panjim the capital of Goa, 6 km from Mapusa the capital of Bardez Taluka, and 3 km from the Calangute beach.

Nearest railhead is at Tivim.

Most of the local shops and restaurants are also located at a very short distance of about a km from here.

Inside the Basilica, you will see a beautiful display of architectural pieces in wood, stone, gold and granite.

The famous museums are Rachel Museum of Christian Art. For art lovers two well known museums are Kerkar Art Complex and Cocoon Art Gallery. A famous fort in Goa which you should not miss is Fort Aguada.While your stay at Goa you can also visit Temples and Masjids. Some well known Temples are Shree Mahalaxmi Temple, Shree Bhagawati Temple, Shree Hanuman Temple and Damodar Temple. Another holy centre is the Safa Shahouri Masjid which is a must visit spot. For more fun and frolic visit artificial Mayem Lake. It has provision for pedal boats for kids. Kesarval spring is regarded as a medicinal fall. People take bath and get cured of skin infection and allergies.

The Downstairs Apartment is independent with its own access is apart of a 2 storey 6 bedroomed house. As we use the apartment upstairs ourselves we have done it up to the highest possible specification, with luxurious beds, leather sofas, chandeliers, TV etc. It is in a wonderfully quiet location for simply walking around and admiring the natural beauty. It is a very safe area for children with virtually no traffic.

RENT

Rent is for a minimum period of 2 nights and can be priced at a daily or weekly rate or combination. A booking deposit of 25% is required upon booking being confirmed with the balance on arrival.
