Casa Praia has sea views and is located on the sand in the village of Candolim, Bardez, Goa the 5 minute scenic walk to our favorite beach shack does not involve crossing any roads. 42 Kms from the airport, 13 Kms from the Capital city of Panjim, 11 Kms from the town of Mapusa and 20 Kms from the railway.

* Bed 2 is on the gallery and is accessed via a ladder and opens onto the lounge.
* The lounge has seating for 4 and a single bed dressed as a sofa.
* The lounge also has doors opening onto the terrace and duel aspect views of garden.
* European wet room styled bathroom accessed via lounge.

UNIT B - SLEEPS 2+
* Ground floor studio apartment, approx. 70 square meters with duel aspect views of garden.
* 3 large doors open onto terrace and allow for sea breezes.
*European wet room style en-suite bathroom.

UNIT C - SLEEPS 2+
* First floor studio apartment, approx. 70 square meters with duel aspect views of garden.

* Use of approx. 1,000 square meters of private walled garden.
* Use of approx 90 square meters of private roof terrace with views of beach, sea and sunsets.
* Secure onsite parking for motor bikes
* Front gate leads to shops and restaurants, rear gate leads to beach.
* Units A & B have interconnecting doors to accommodate larger groups.
* A Surcharge of 200 Rupees per night per person for additional bedding.
* We offer reduced rates on bookings over 14 consecutive days or if you require the entire villa.
* 20% advance payment required to confirm all bookings (INR 8,000 minimum).

After a hard day at the beach you can relax on the roof terrace with a drink and watch the magnificent sun set before retiring to your room to prepare for you evenings entertainment.
