Are you looking for a nice place to spend your vacation in Goa? Then why don't you book our lovely flat to spend unforgettable and peaceful moments.

The location is surrounded by lots and lots of trees, almost jungle like. The chirping and singing of the birds will softly wake you up in the morning to view the magnificient sun rise. Our home on the other hand is equipped with all modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The lovely place is located in Siolim/Maarna. Mapusa is just a 8 min drive away by bus or taxi. To the bus stop you need to walk just 200 meters. If you require a taxi we can contact our friend Santosh who has severed us many times during our own stay in Goa. He would also be glad to pick you up from the airport. A maid will come ones a day to clean the flat and if needed to run errands for you.

You will be one of the first guests in our flat as it has just been completed recently. Two king-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a big living/dining room will make you feel like at home. In case you are still studying and would like to stay at our home but the price is out of your budget range please send us a copy of your university ID card and we will give you 15% less.

RATES:

Rent per day for upto four persons (peak season): only 4000 INR.
Rent per week (peak season): 28000 INR
Rent per day for upto four persons (March-November): only 2900 INR.
Rent per week (March-November): 15000 INR
Rent per month: can be discussed

My husband and myself are German citizens and have fallen in love in Goa the moment we arrived the first time here two years ago.
