Casa De Jardin is set in its own lush private gardens, with mature coconut trees to give natural shade. There is a sunset bar to one side of the lawns so you can sit and watch the sun drop below the trees in the distance while enjoying a cold beer. We also provide sun lounges and umbrellas if you want to soak up the sun rays in the peaceful atmosphere of the garden.

The apartments to let are on the ground floor level, both having separate entrances via a patio. On entry you are in the sitting room of the apartments which leads via the hallway into 1/2 bedroom/s, kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, calor gas hob and dinning table plus crockery, utensils etc and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, changed twice weekly or when you require.

The apartments will be cleaned every day by our staff, who live on site in their own purpose built accommodation.

The beach of Varca is a 20-25 minute stroll via the lanes taking you pass the paddy fields and local houses, or catch the local bus just outside on the corner to Carmona. Get off at the last stop; this will cost 5-7 rupees. Once on the beach there are plenty of beach bars to choose from and water sport activities.

The local village of Varca is a 10-15 minute walk, where you will find a selection of shop all used by the locals. There is a good supermarket pass Varca church where you can get all the basics and more. If you are loaded up the taxi stand is opposite the church and a ride back to the apartments cost around 50-100 rupees.

But hey you are on holiday so if you don’t want to cook the staff will be happy to provide meals (make arrangements direct with them locally payable). Or there are many excellent restaurants just a taxi ride away offering great food and Entertainment.

TYPE A) (Sleeps 2/4) Ground floor entry via patio area into apartment with four distinct areas:-
1. The spacious open plan sitting room with sofabed, 2 chairs, coffee table and TV and stand.
2. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, calor gas 2 ring hob, all utensils and crockery, and dinning table with four chairs.
3. Bathroom with w.c, bidet, sink, mirror and shower with solar power hot water.
4. Bedroom with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, double bed, bed side table, wall cupboards and dressing table with lockable drawer.

TYPE B) (Sleeps 4/6) Ground floor entry via patio area into apartment with five distinct areas:-
1. The spacious open plan sitting room with sofabed, 4 chairs, coffee table and TV and stand.
2. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, calor gas 2 ring hob, all utensils and crockery, and dinning table with four chairs.
3. Bathroom with w.c, bidet, sink, mirror and shower with solar power hot water.
4. Bedroom with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, double bed, bed side table, fitted wardrobe with lockable drawer and wall cupboards.
5. Bedroom with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, double bed, bed side table, dressing table with lockable drawer.
