Terms and Condition :
A non-returnable deposit of fifty percent of the property rental price (50%) is required at the time of booking. If the booking is within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount is due.
4. We allow 7 days from the date of your reservation for your booking form and monies to reach us. If we do not receive them within this time, we will automatically release you reservation.
5. A balance invoice will be sent confirming your arrangements.
6. The full balance is due 10 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Methods of payment are the same as at paragraph 4 above.
7. On receipt of the full balance, a final confirmation letter is sent giving you transfer details and details of any optional services you have requested which are to be paid for locally.
