This stylish and comfortable villa enjoys a prime river front position in the well established, popular private villa development - Luisa by the Sea. A few yards from the villa is a large swimming pool available for residents use only.

The Swiss owners have designed this house to take full advantage of this delightful setting creating two large river facing terraces and full width picture windows that maximise the view from nearly all rooms. Surrounding the villa there is an exotic colourful garden and an open-plan lawn that runs along the riverbank that is shared with the other riverside villas. Sit here and enjoy the river lazily meandering past - watch the storks and egrets wading in one of the small inlets, a Fishing boat going down to the sea and an angler trying his luck.

In and around Cavelossim there is also a wide selection of restaurants offering plenty of choice for eating out.
