Terms and Conditions
All long term and short term contracts will be signed legally.

All foreigners and Indian residents will be have to fill a form, as per the recent regulations laid by the local government, which will be submitted to the local police station. Forms can be filled on arrival or prior to arrival, and copies of the same can be emailed to the customer on request.

While leaving the premises any damages arising due to negligence/ ignorance/ recklessness on the part of the party occupying the said premises shall pay the cost of repairs/replacement of the items/objects damaged without dispute.
