The sitting room and dining rooms have a tastefully designed dining table for six and a sofa set which can accommodate up to five people comfortably. The bedrooms upstairs, have large wardrobes with ample storage space, a king size bed, and a set of twin beds with spring mattresses and soft pillows made of polyester and ball fibre. Other facilities available are 24 hours water supply with a backup water tank and pump on the ground floor and a solar geyser.

Above rates and all long term stays i.e one week and more are inclusive of transfers by air-condtioned car from airport or Margao railway station for max. of 4 people, cleaning of apartment, which includes washing floors, bathroom and dusting and welcome package of eggs, bread, butter tea, sugar, mineral water, soap and toilet roll on arrival.
