This is the owners dream home; the Cottage is situated in Anjuna, one of Goa’s most busy tourist spots. This Cottage is perfect for a family of six or for six adults, who'd love to experience a quiet and peacefully holiday right in the middle of a Goan village.

The beach, shopping markets and night clubs are in the vicinity. Also the famous Saturday Nite Flea market is just around the corner not forgetting the go carting which is fun and a bit of thrill.

There are many Restaurants & shacks in the surrounding famous for its delicious foods that includes the traditional Goans food, Indian, Italian, French,Greek, Chinese, Fusion and of Course English.

You can visit many costal beaches in North goa such as the popular Baga , Calangute, Candolim, Sinquerim, Anjuna & Vagator Beach which is 10 minutes traveling distance from the cottage, and a 30 minutes drive to the capital city of Goa ie. Panjim. These beaches are all located in North Goa. Goa Famous for for its Beaches ,Ancient Churches, Temples, Forts, Markets, Spice Gardens, historical sights , and its gifted natural heritage attract a large number of tourist to visit goa every year .

The cottage surrounded by lush greenery among the hills of Anjuna in the midst of serene and cultivated flowers and evergreen shrubs.

It comes fully furnished. A balcony attached to the master bedroom with an attached bath and a comfortable queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom overlooking the lawn in the back yard has twin beds. Including is a wardrobe with a special electronic safe to keep your valuables. There is a diwan (like an extra bedroom) right above the garage area. So in total you have 3 rooms.

The spacious living room is tastefully furnished and offers a 32 inch Color TV for your viewing pleasure along with a DVD player, cable connection as well. Every room has individual air-conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking breakfast or even lunch or dinner. It has a 4 burner stove, a microwave oven, refrigerator/ freezer and kettle. There is plenty of cabinet space. Also includes a double UV filter Aqua Guard Purifier. A fully automatic washing machine, a large clothes rack to dry clothes.

There are 2 huge swimming pools one is just a stones throw away from the cottage.

50% for confirming Reservation non – refundable in case of cancellation and the balance 50% on the first day of moving into the cottage. An additional deposit of INR 25,000 incase of any damages, this is refundable at the time of leaving in full, incase no damages.
