Fully Furnished 3BHK Row House for Rent at Benaulim, Goa (India). Ideally located with plenty of restaurants, bars, superstores, ATM, art galleries, travel agents, bike rentals, pharmacy etc in the area. Row House is situated in a quiet and peaceful gated complex with 24 hr security, a swimming pool, a club house and garden. The nearest beach (Benaulim Beach) is just 1.5Km away. It's a 40min drive from the airport, and 15min from the railway station.
The row house has 3 bedrooms. The row house's two bedrooms are situated on the first floor and both include private balconies and one common bathroom (bath cum toilet). The bathroom has hot water piped from a fixed storage heater installed within the bathroom itself. The third bedroom (Master Bedroom) is located on the second floor with an attached bathroom (bath cum toilet) with included hot water supply via fixed storage heater. The second floor also includes an additional large terrace ideally suited for a barbecue or to sun-bathe.
The lounge area is fully furnished with a 5 seat sofa cum bed set (Pullout type), 4 seat dining table and centre table and with a flat screen LCD T.V. (32") incl. Satellite set top box in the living room. The open style kitchen is attached to the lounge area.

Accommodation Details:
Bedrooms
3 bedrooms furnished with an A/C, queen size bed, wardrobe, iron and ironing table, side tables. The Master bedroom has an electronic safe for storing valuables. The bedroom are furnished with linens and a full additional set for replacement.
Bathrooms
Total 3 bathrooms. Two bathrooms (1st and 2nd floor) are furnished with piped heated water available 24x7. Common to all the bathroom cum toilets are western style commodes, bidet sprays, toilet paper rolls and mirrors. The bathrooms will be furnished with a bath towel and a hand towel each.
Kitchen
The kitchen contains an induction plate and Microwave oven for your cooking needs. All the required utensils and cutlery and crockery is provided which is sufficient for 6 persons. A more details list will be made available to you on arrival. A dining table with four chairs is also provided for having your meals.
Living Rooms
The living room is furnished with an A/C, satellite set top box with a 32" LCD TV. Comfortable sofa cum pull out double bed and center table.
Garden
A small garden is maintained in the backyard.
Outside Activities
The complex houses a swimming pool and clubhouse.

One full set of towels x 3 (bath and hand) with 2 spare and provided.
2 full sets of linen are provided. One will be in use on the beds and the other will be kept in the under bed storage.
8 Blankets are provided (single)
A washing machine is provided for self operation and washing of the linens for longer stays. For short stays (3-7 Days) the linen may be left on the bed and we shall get it cleaned / washed.

1. Head for Margao traffic circle (entry into Margao city) and take a right around it to head to Colva.
2. Ask for Colva Police station and take the left at the junction to pass the station.
3. Proceed straight to "Maria Hall".
4. At "Maria Hall" take a right.
5. Head straight along the road for about 400m till you reach a busy junction with "Kadar Supermarket" on the left corner.
6. Take the left at the junction and proceed for approx. 300m after that.
7. You will sight Micon's Coastal Paradise" complex on your left hand side.
8. Turn in and head for Row House

Terms and Conditions:
All long term and short term contracts will be signed legally. Residents have to fill a form as per the recent regulations by the local government, which will be submitted to the nearest police station. Forms can be filled on arrival or prior to arrival (Copies of the same can be e-mailed to the interested party).
The number of occupants staying at the row house during the duration of the stay shall not exceed the number of occupants stated on confirmation (max 6 adults).
The owners do NOT provide catering facilities (breakfast / lunch / dinner). All cleaning facilities are provided at an extra cost.
Whilst all efforts have been made with regards to guest security and safety, the row house owners are not liable for any losses, damages or injury to guest.
Guest(s) shall keep the premises and its contents in good order and condition as they were on the date of arrival and shall return the premises and the contents in the same good order and condition on the date of departure. Any damages arising due to negligence/ ignorance/ recklessness on part of the party occupying the said premises shall make no dispute and pay the cost of repairs/replacement of the item/ object damaged before vacating the premises.
Smoking is prohibited inside the row house and is only allowed on the balconies and terrace.
Guest need to ensure that all electric appliances such as lights, air-conditioners, fans, geysers, washing machine, etc are switched off when not in use. Kindly also ensure closure of all taps and faucets when not in use.
