This is a home away from home; not one where there is compromise on amenities or overall holiday comfort just to get a 'good deal' on that long planned vacation.
Located at 'Prudential Pristine', luxurious new complex, that boasts a very large well maintained pool, outdoor showers, activity centre, very well equipped gym, & childrens' play area, but above all is truly very peaceful. It's very conveniently located between 2 very popular beaches of South Goa, Colva and Benaulim, and both boast well known multi-cuisine restaurants/shacks/home-cooked meals.
Located on the top most floor with very high ceilings/sloped roofs, offering a truly airy, spacious, bright. and cheerful feel to it.

Excellent And Very Comfortable Stay
Terms and Conditions:
1) Minimum booking of 6 nights; prefer long term rentals of 1 month - 11 months with good packages
2) Payment: 50% on booking confirmation and balance 50% 2 weeks before arrival else lose their booking (especially during peak season 16th Dec - 2nd Jan). Refundable damage deposit of Rs 10,000 also payable with balance booking amount. The latter will be returned (assuming no damage or reduced to extent of damage) within 1 week of your departure by cheque to whatever postal address you furnish us with or refunded into your a/c (cheque refund, not a/c deposit, for international guests). For stay exceeding 2 weeks, the deposit payable is Rs 20,000.
3) All domestic guests must offer some ID proof (copy of PAN card, driver's license, passport copy) and International guests must offer passport copies.
4) Smoking is prohibited in the residence. However, you may smoke in the balcony areas.
5) Whilst all efforts have been made with regard to overall security and safety (including an in-house safe), we will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the guest(s). Guests shall be fully responsible for their belongings.
6) Guests shall ensure the apartment is left in the same condition on departure as on arrival.
7) Guests must ensure all utilities eg fans, air conditioners, lights geysers, microwave, kettle, water filter, toaster, tv, washing machine, taps/showers/toilet showers are turned off when not in use.
8) Can only host 6 adult/children; and 2 more if necessary for a marginal extra cost.
9) Check out by 10 am and check in 1 pm (could consider earlier if no prior guests checking out on the same day)
