We have these places in total that includes 1House of Two Bedroom, 1 Duplex Flat of Two Bedrooms, 4 Single Bedroom Flats and Nine Rooms of which four are bang near the sea and rest five in Candolim. By nature, these rooms have four different locations in Goa that includes Calangute, Candolim, Saligao and Varca. Besides this, we also look after the Customs & Central Excise Guest House in Sinquerim.

Our Room Rates are explained well in the tariff column which sometimes we consider if we have to make less or not. The pictures are of the rooms/houses that are advertised here. When you book the room with us, it comes with Housekeeping service which is usually carried after every two to three nights depending upon the requirement and the booking. Airport arrivals etc are at the additional cost. We have our own vehicle. Isn’t this interesting here? You can really spend valuable time with us here to get all this at one button.

Another aspect we have come across is lack of information, over pricing the tourist when they want to be adventurous while on holidays. Its because, Goa has less offerings if you were to go for sightseeing and then how to spend the remaining time? Your time you spend in Goa is great and cost a lot. Therefore, you can look for more excitement with us in following ways:

A) FISHING TRIP: These are of various types. One is like we take tourist for fishing to Grande Island which is off to Vasco. We start from Sinquerim Jetty and from here we begin our journey to Grande Island and in between the way, we do fishing with the Fishing Rods and Accessories like Rapala are supplied but any loss of accessories etc will have to pay. Benefits? It’s a lifetime excitement, you see Dolphins on the way, and Snorkeling can be done provided that the water is crystal clear. Snorkeling gears are supplied. You get snacks, drinks like Beer, Soft Drink, Barbeque-Fish/Chicken etc. We start this trip at 8.30am and wind up at 3.30pm for return journey. Life Jackets are provided. Each Trip of this cost Rs. 1400/- with us per head. There is also other kinds of Fishing activity like Trawlling Fishing and Bottom Fishing. Such trips will cost you Rs. 900/- per head.

B) DOLPHIN TRIP: A Dolphin Trip costs just Rs. 450/- with us per head per trip, others charge Rs. 500/-. This too starts at Sinquerim Jetty and if you are around in Calangute or Candolim, we will pick you and drop you back to your pick-up location. While on the Dolphin trip we show you the Fort Aguada Jail and you are there right in the mouth of River Mandovi. Approximate time of tour is 2hours or less. No Dolphins, No Fees.


C) PRIVATE DOLPHIN TRIP: This trip is exclusively for Two Persons. It will cost you Rs. 1500/- in total. (Approximate time: 1hr to 90minutes).

D) CROCODILE TRIP: This is a real long journey and equivalent to Fishing Trip. This trip costs Rs. 1400/- per head and during the journey we will give you drinks but no hard drinks. Snacks like samosas are served. (Approximate time 4-5hours). These trips starting times are determined on the basis of Low Tide and Hide Tide.
