All long term and short term contracts will be signed legally.
All foreigner and Indian residents will have to fill a form as per local government regulations and handed over to the nearest police station.Forms will can be filled on arrival or filled prior to arrival, copies of the same can be emailed to the customer on request.
While leaving the premises any damages arising due to negligence/ignorance/recklessness on part of the party occupying the said premises shall make no dispute and pay the cost of repairs/replacement of the item/object damaged.
