General Features

The property is situated in a quiet location, off the main road and the busy tourist areas. It is a seven minute walk away from the beach and overlooks green rice fields and hills with wide, panoramic views to the east. The international airport at Dabolim is an hour's drive away. The proposed new airport at Mopa (if and when built) will be 40 mins away.

FSR offers modern levels of fit and finish and is aimed at the gap between the 5 ­star Fort Aguada Taj Holiday Village and the numerous 3 star properties in the north Goa tourist belt spanning Baga beach in the north and Sinquerim ‑ Candolim beach in the south.
