Located in Candolim-Calangute Beach area of Goa considered the heart of tourism, Sanfrancisco Holiday Homes caters to guests who enjoy homely, comfortable accomodation at very reasonable price. Families are welcome as our spacious 120 sq. mts. (1200 sq. ft.) apartments are large enough even for big families. We allow a Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children to live in any of our present 4 homes.
We are located in a quiet village area of Candolim yet just a stone's throw away from the world famous Calangute and Candolim beaches.
Mr Bruno has minutely monitored the interior designing & decor of each & every room. All the rooms are furnished with modern day gadgets to suit European standards. Mr Bruno is Goan by birth & by ancestry, but is truly an International citizen when it comes to hospitality.
Mr Bruno is always a "Family First" type of man, happily married having 2 beautiful daughters. Hence all the apartments offered by us are suitable for families, small or large.
Under the professional management of Mr. Bruno Sanfrancisco since 2003, Sanfrancisco Holiday Homes emphasise on hospitality and helpfulness whether it be finding a rental car, booking a tour, reserving a table at any of the best restaurants or just planning to have a full body sun tan in total privacy on our home's terrace.

FULLY EQUIPED KITCHEN
We offer our guests fully equipped self-catering facilities or the option of getting your daily breakfast prepared according to your needs, in your own kitchen. Also you can visit our neighbourly restaurant, Coconut Inn for your A LA CARTE needs.
LOUNGE AREA
We have a common lounge area where guests can relax and unwind under the shaded verandah or the two Gazebo tents in a well - kept garden and a large patio area.
SWIMMING POOL
We have a luxurious modern swimming pool within the holiday complex just a few steps outside the apartments. Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool at any time.
FULL BODY SUN-TAN
Guests have the option of taking a sun-tan on the Candolim beach which is located only 50 mts away. Other option is to take a full body sun-tan (if the guest desires so) on the terrace of our Holiday homes in total privacy.
COMMUNICATION FACILITY
We have basic telephone facility & also internet connection within the holiday complex
BARBEQUE
We have installed an imported barbeque machine of Jenn Air company, for the use of guests at an additional charge.
VEHICLE PARKING
We also have safe In-House parking as well as Off-road parking.
CARS & BIKES RENTALS
We have our own cars & bikes, which can be rented on a daily basis as required by the guests.
HOUSE-KEEPING MAINTAINENCE
We have house-keeping staff that maintains & cleans your complete apartment once every 3 days. This includes a complete change of linen in the bedrooms.

AGUADA FORT & LIGHTHOUSE
Only 2 kms away. Two lighthouses are located around the Aguada Fort. The larger lighthouse is presently in disuse but is a marvellous sight. The smaller but taller lighthouse using modern lights faces the sea. Lovely panaromic sights from above.
CANDOLIM BEACH & COCO BEACH
Candolim beach is an extension of Calangute beach, with numerous hotels, resorts, shacks and restaurants. At its end is a large headland with the Aguada Fort and Lighthouse. Coco beach is located in Nerul village just 2 kms away. Only beach in Goa where one can see land on the Horizon, which is part of the capital city, Panjim. Beach with shallow waters throught the year. On the northern side is the soothing Nerul river entering into the Arabian Sea. Quiet beach good for relaxation and solitude.
CANDOLIM CHURCH AND NERUL RIVER
This beautiful white washed Candolim church stands out majestically with its two spires jutting out in the village greenery. At a walking distance one can go boating, fishing or just do some excellent bird watching around Nerul river. Standing on the Nerul bridge one can enjoy superb views of both the Candolim church and Nerul river. This calm and serene river is constantly moving to enter into the Arabian Sea. One just has to stand on the Nerul Bridge to enjoy this lovely river passing below. Only 1 kms away from Candolim.
