Welcome to Goa and enjoy you stay at Bon-Vivant Homes."VARCA BON VIVANT" is a 3 Bedroom House. BON VIVANT means "Good Life". A place with a view of green fields, swaying palm grove and various colorful plants, flowers and a garden ideal to relax and breath fresh air. It is a bright and ideal spot to make your holiday comfortable and homely- a home away from home. It is situated near Varca Church cross roads, on the way to Varca Pedda beach, and Club Mahindra beach Resort. From the house to the beach it is less than 5 minute drive. (Car & Bike hire available) It is just 15 minutes drive from Margao city which is the main city in South Goa, 25 minutes drive to railway stations and 40 minutes drive from Dabolim airport.
The 3 bedrooms have A/C and are fully furnished. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two bedrooms are on the first floor. One toilet on the ground floor and one on the first floor with jacussi tub. Our spacious sitting room, dining hall, kitchen and a laundry room has all the necessary amenities. At the entrance there is car parking facility and the house has a compound wall with a gate. From the dining area there is acess to private open outdoor space and garden, for relaxing, partying or barbequing.
All facilities adjusted as per guest needs.
Varca Beach is a very peaceful beach in South Goa experienced by the foreign and domestic tourists as well as the locals. The Varca beach line stretches 20km along the Arabian Sea and by following the coastline it is possible to walk to several beaches such as Benualim, Colva, Majorda, Betalbatim, Fatorda, Utorda and Arrosim, Cansaulim, Velsao. There are also water sports available such as Jet Skiing, paragliding and boat rides.The coast line is dotted with different shacks (local restaurants) serving a variety of cuisine.
The House is recomended for 6 persons.

Extra persons can stay at additional charge. @ Rs. 500/- per night per person.

From Our Lady of Gloria Church Varca or Colva - Cavelossim main road, take the road to Varca beach. The Varca beach road goes to Mahindra club Varca and Zuri beach resort.
After about only 100 meters from the main road, just BEFORE the stretch of feilds, take the road to the right.
It is the 3rd house with the field view.
