Anti-Drugs Exhibition |

An Anti-Drugs Exhibition organised by the Tuberculosis Association of Goa is being held from 26th June to 15th July at the TB Association of Goa Premises, M. G. Road, Panaji.
The exhibition will focus on anti-drug, alcohol and tobacco and there will be posters, stickers, leaflets, CD'S, etc on display. There will also be various national and international publications collected by Dr.Damodar Bhounsule. |

A seminar on 'The benefit of Wakf Law in India' will be held by The All India Milli Council, Goa State at Miramar Residency at Miramar, Panaji on June 29 at 10.15 a.m.
The presidents and secretaries of all Mosques, Dargahs, Madrasas, Kabrastans and Eidgahs are invited to attend the seminar in the interest of the development of all Wakf Institutions. |

Candolim Sangodd |

The famous annual Candolim Sangodd which is held to commemorate the feast of St Peter will be held at the Orda jetty in Candolim on June 29 at 2.30 pm.
The Sangodd will begin with the feast of the Holy Cross Chapel at the jetty. Thereafter various Konkani stage artistes will perform on a platform built on four canoes that will stop frequently along the bank of the river. |

The feast of St John the Baptist will be celebrated by the Benaulim Association at Woodside High School Hall that was formerly known as White Hart Lane School, opp The New River Sports Centre, White Hart Lane, Wood Green, London N22.
The event will begin with the Holy Mass being held at 12.30 followed by a social gathering. There will also be a dance and music will be by Maz & Co. & Disco. |
