Art of Living Course at Mapusa |

Art of Living Course is being held from July 15 to July 25 from 6:30pm to 9:15pm at the Saraswat High School, Khorlim, Mapusa.
The course will include simple yoga and breathing exercises which help to flush out toxins from the body and to eliminate stress and tension. It will also help to improve concentration, immunity and give relief from many psychosomatic disorders. |

Margao Cultural Programme |

A 10 day cultural programme will be held from July 20 to July 31 at Ravindra Bhavan in Margao from 7 pm onwards. The programme will include tiatrs, musical performance in Konkani, Marathi and Hindi, Konkani and Marathi dramas and a programme on old Konkani hits songs with mimicry. On July 24 a musical programme by Pravin Gaonkar, Samiksha Bhobe, Yogesh Kamat and Pallavi Patel will be held. |
