A four day Drama Festival organised by the School of Drama, Kala Academy is being held from June 21th to June 24th at the Dinanath Mangeshkar Kala Mandir, Kala Academy in Panjim. |

Sao Joao Bash at Divar |

On the occasion of St John the Baptist feast, Step Inn Bar and Restaurant will hold Sao Joao Bash on June 24 at its premises at Santarbhatt in Divar from 6 pm onwards. There will be live as well as DJ music and the main feature of the bash will be the Copel competition. There will also be lots of other entertaining events and prizes. |

A dine n dance will be organised on June 24 from 7 pm onwards at Filsu Shangri-la restaurant near the Curca Bridge. Pulsating music will be provided by the band 'Extreme' and there will also be a jam session by some of Goa's topmost musicians. |

The annual feast of the Patron of the Pilerne Parish, St John the Baptist will be celebrated on 24th June by the Communidade of Pilerne. The high mass will be officiated by his Grace, Msgr Allwyn Barreto, Bishop of Sindhudurg Diocese at 9am. |

St John the Baptist feast at Calangute |

St John the Baptist feast will be celebrated at St John the Baptist Church at Umta Vaddo in Calangute on June 24. The masses will be at 7.30 am and 9:30 am (feast mass).
Later, an exhibition match will be played between the newly promoted first division team, Calangute Association and Sesa Football Academy at the Calangute Football ground at 4.30 pm. |

San Jao will be celebrated at Baga on 24th June from 10 am onwards at Casa Baga which is opposite Loungefly. The party will later be shifted to the Loungefly Club in the evening and it will have more than 15 DJs playing. |

Bhuteabhat Club in Vasco will celebrate the traditional feast of Sao Joao on June 24 from 11 a.m. onwards. There will be initial prayers and worship at St Sebastian Chapel and then the jumping in the wells of Bhuteabhat and Mestawada by the revelers. There will also be a brass band accompanying the revelers. |
