1	Art of Living Course at Mapusa
	Art of Living Course is being held from July 15 to July 25 from 6:30pm to 9:15pm at the Saraswat High School, Khorlim, Mapusa. The course will include simple yoga and breathing exercises which help to flush out toxins from the body and to eliminate stress and tension. It will also help to improve concentration, immunity and give relief from many psychosomatic disorders.

2	Legal Literacy Camp
	Legal Literacy Camp will be held at Shree Bhumika Mahila Mandal, Opposite Central Hospital, Tisk-Usgao, Ponda on July 19, at 4 pm.

3	Rainbow 2008
	Rainbow 2008, the annual event of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Vasco will be held on July 19 and 20 at the Mormugao Port Institute. Rainbow 2008 is aimed at exploring the hidden talents of the school students.

4	Unison 08
	Unison 08, the annual event of Jason and Sylvia Dance Academy will be held at Kala Academy in Panjim on July 19. The event will include the participation from the schools of the differently-abled children along with the normal children, creating the world of acceptance through dancing, singing and fashion.

5	Kabab Festival
	Kabab festival is being held at Delhi Darbar, a Mughlai restaurant in Panjim from 4th July to 31st July from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm and 7 pm to 11 pm. The festival promises to have a heavenly aroma, teasing your senses wrapped around delicious and succulent pieces of delight that is sure to set your tongue on a long enticing journey that begins.

6	Seminar on personal vocation
	A seminar on personal vocation will be organized by Sangam (An Integral Formation and Spirituality Centre, Chicalim) and Pilar Theological College on July 19 and 20 from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm at Pilar Theological College Auditorium, Pilar. The seminar is for lay faithful priests, nuns, seminarians and novices.

7	Tiger "Fresh Catch of the Day"
	Tiger "Fresh Catch of the Day", a seasonal fiesta of preparations made from fresh seafood that is available in Goa during the monsoons, is being held at Royal Salute, the multi cuisine family restaurant at the Hotel Delmon in Panjim from 16th June till 1st August.

2	Sharks out to grab prime tourist land in Goa
	At a time when plans are on for coastal infrastructure development to boost tourism in Goa, the State government has, in a very mysterious move, approved a decision for disposal of prime land acquired for infrastructure facilities by the Tourism Department, at Candolim.

3	Goa Govt to advise Brit tourists not to hire bikes
	With tourists three times more likely to be involved in road accidents than locals, the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) is targeting two-wheelers as part of 'Steer clear of trouble' campaign. Over three quarters of Brits (82 per cent) who have hired bikes on holiday have put their own and others' safety at risk, according to new figures released today by FCO.
